Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Monday, August 29, 2011 -- (Business Wire India) -- Frost & Sullivan awards Tata Communications "Hosted Contact Center Service Provider of the Year" for 2010. The hosted contact center model is rapidly gaining acceptance as an alternative to premise-based traditional call centers.
