LG Electronics, the world's leading consumer durable brand is taking step forward by furthering their CSR association with environment friendly initiatives by partnering the popular green ride in the biggest cyclothon event. More than 500 people have participated in the green ride. The cyclothon will be held across in 4 other cities Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bengaluru in 2010 and in Mumbai in 2011. The first Cyclothon took place in New Delhi on 29th August 10, Jantar Mantar Lane.

LG GREEN RIDE is a mass mobilizing ride where people turned turned up and proclaimed their support for a greener, cleaner environment to spread awareness to create an eco-friendly and an eco-conscious society.

The winners of lucky draw contest received LG LCD TV, Microwave oven & Vacuum Cleaner.

The LG Green Ride was a 15 km ride where participants from all walks of life including LG employees in large numbers, amateur cyclists, cycling enthusiasts, working professionals, housewives were on the streets of Delhi thus adding color and festivities to the whole event.
